Their actions put them in the heart of the TRD missions and programmes, which they actively contribute to attainment, keeping in mind the fixed deadlines and targets. As such, they pilot work or participate to activities, aiming at:
* Identifying, sharing, disseminating and safeguarding knowledge and kiw-how
* Ensuring a strong technological and scientific watch
* Participating in learning and training
* Supervising trainees and PhDs
